Annual Turkey Giveaway Event on November 22

Dear Neighbor,

I’m excited to invite you to my Annual Fall Legislative Update, Health Fair, and Turkey Giveaway on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Madison High School. This community event is one of my favorite times of the year, as it brings together families, local partners, and neighbors to celebrate the season with gratitude, wellness, and connection.

You’ll have an opportunity to receive free health resources, learn more about local services, and take home a turkey for your family’s holiday meal. I will also share updates on the work we’ve been doing in Sacramento to uplift and support our community.

 

 

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, November 22, 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or while supplies last
Location: Back of Madison High School (entrance is on Mt. Abernathy Ave.)
Please follow the event signs when you arrive.

 

Event Tips:

  1. The event will be open on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last.
  2. One turkey per household.
  3. A member from each household must be present.
  4. Be prepared to stand in line for an extended period.
  5. Bring a cart to carry your turkey and food items as they can be heavy.
  6. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
  7. Bring an umbrella for shade and water to stay hydrated.
