Held during October’s Filipino American History Month, SDFC’s inaugural film festival is the organization’s centerpiece event that aims to raise awareness for Filipinx cinema as an important art form and a powerful tool for representation, education, and entertainment.

AIDS Walk & Run San Diego is San Diego’s largest HIV fundraising event. It will take place Thursday, Sept. 23 through Sunday, Sept. 26. and will include an in-person and masked outdoor community celebration on Saturday, Sept. 25 at The Center offering the community the best of both worlds. Once again, walkers and runners will have the flexibility to complete an interactive and fun route on their own schedule as individuals or with their teams and friends.

The mission of FilmOut San Diego is to enlighten, educate, and entertain the communities of San Diego County & beyond through the exhibition of LGBTQ themed films at its annual festival. FilmOut San Diego seeks to recognize, promote, celebrate and support the important diverse artistic contributions LGBTQ filmmakers and others make to the community.

Every Monday, between August 30 and October 25, there will be a free concert at the outdoor Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park. It's part of the 33rd San Diego International Organ Festival.
